Export Database writes out a file in ASCII text format containing all of the network data. Conversely, Import Database reads in an ASCII format text file containing the network data. These features are useful for converting databases from one version of TRAFFIX for Windows to another. They can also be used to compact a database from which large portions of network or scenarios have been deleted. Until compacted, the database retains unused space even after deletions are made. These features are located in the File menu.
