Added an Approximate Capacity (Yes/No) selection to allow faster calculation by approximating capacity values rather than performing the full iterative calculation.
Added a field for the Alpha Value, which is a constant to adjust the degree-of-conflict probability to account for serial correlation between forecast headways (default=0.01).
