The Level of Service Computation Report for the Arterial Analysis is organized into four sections. The first section (“I. Arterial Level of Service Summary - northbound” in the sample report) provides a summary of the results for one direction of the arterial. The second section provides detail on the intersection (node) delay computations. The third and fourth section repeat the same information but for the reverse direction.
