The user has the option of incorporating results from the HCM Operations Method for intersections or of inputting delay values in this screen for movements at both ends of the link. If calculation is turned on (“Yes”), any delay values at the bottom of the screen will be ignored and the HCM values will be used in the analysis, whether or not the nodes are turned on for individual intersection analysis. If calculation is turned off (“No”), stopped delays must be input for both base and future conditions. Note that data are requested for stopped and not approach delay.
