The user has two choices for selecting arterial class. First, if the class is known, the user can toggle through the choices with the space bar until the appropriate number (I, II, III, IV) appears. In this case, the program will select the most likely choices for functional category and design category. Second, the user can skip this field and make appropriate selections for functional category and design category. In this case, the appropriate class will appear for each combination of choices.
