For the arterial method, TRAFFIX™ makes a distinction between nodes that have delays equal to zero and those for which delays are calculated. The former include cross-streets (nodes with no data) and two-way stop intersections, and the latter include signalized intersections and all-ways stop intersections. Delay time is associated with nodes but in the arterial method are assigned to appropriate links. User-supplied delays, thus, are input at the link level.
