Place the cursor over node #4 again, RightClick to bring up the intersection pop-up menu and select Volume. This will bring up the volume data entry dialog screens. There are seven dialog boxes with separate tabs at the top for identification and selection purposes. Make sure you have the Volume box displayed on top.
This screen has large arrows and data entry fields on it. The first data field is “southbound right turns” in the upper left hand corner. Enter the appropriate volume (in this case its a zero) then press the Tab key to move to the next field. You can also move to another field by clicking once in the desired field.
Enter the appropriate hourly turning volumes in each field based on the data shown. Hit the Tab key to move from data field to data field. If you enter a date in the “Volume Count Date” field and check this box, the level of service computation output report will include this date.
Clicking on the dialog box tabs will bring up supplemental data entry screens for applying adjustments to the basic volume data. Click on “PHF Adjustment” and enter 0.90 in the “Intersection Adj” data field in the center of the screen.
Click OK when you are finished entering volume data. Click Cancel if you do not want the changes you have made to be retained.
