Also included in the SAMPLE.TFX database is a third scenario (Revised), which shows how to include different paths, distribution percentages, and routes in a scenario. This scenario is the Base Conditions scenario, with modifications. In defining the scenarios, it is necessary to name separate Path, Trip Distribution, and Route data sets.
Alternate paths are provided by setting the percentage for some paths to zero, thus turning them off for the current scenario.
Alternate trip distribution percentages are provided by naming and selecting additional Trip Distribution Percentages under the Options menu. The alternate percentage values are then entered in the distribution dialog box accessed from the zone pop-up menu.
Alternate routes are provided by drawing the routes in the Edit Routes mode, and turning routes on or off for a scenario by entering "Yes" or "No" in the "Evaluate" field.
